UPDATE ON THE RIVERWAY: In 7 days we received an incredible £285,000 of donations, but sadly we were outbid for the pub in the auction. After a miraculous and wild journey so far, this is a difficult update to share, but it is not certainly not defeat - the vision continues and we believe God has prepared a way!
What’s the
vIsIon?
As Christians, it can be really hard to bridge the gap between our deep convictions to share the gospel and the courage to actually do it.
We want to start a centre of evangelism and courage for the city of Nottingham and the nation. The Courage Centre will exist to activate courage in the church for the sake of the world to see people come to know Jesus.

How would it work?
The courage centre will be focused on sharing the good news of Jesus with those outside of the Church. We aim to inspire and equip Christians to share their faith, train church leaders and church communities in evangelism, and form modern missionaries with confidence in the gospel. We want to activate artists and invest in creative projects that make people homesick for heaven. We want to run events that cultivate curiosity, celebrate beauty and facilitate commitment to Christ.

Riverway Pub
Just a couple of weeks ago the Riverway Pub was listed for auction, and after visiting the site, praying and discerning with others we felt it was right to try and fundraise to buy the pub as a home for this vision.
We had 7 days to share the story online, and miraculously we received over £280,000 in donations. Unfortunately this wasn’t enough, and the pub went for a much higher bid. But rather than feel discouraged, we feel more affirmed than ever that God has a plan for the courage centre.
